🐾 Our commitment: Every tribute is crafted with care and includes one free revision. We want you to love the result — if something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Digital Products

All Eternal Paws products are custom digital files created specifically for you based on the photos you provide. Because of this personalized nature, we follow the policy below.

Revision Policy

Every order — Basic ($29) and Premium ($49) — includes one free revision. After you receive your tribute, if any details are not right (fur color, eye color, name spelling, etc.), simply reply to your delivery email describing the changes and we will revise and resend within 24 hours.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You submitted your photos but we have not yet started your tribute — contact us within 12 hours of your order.
We are unable to complete your tribute due to unusable photo quality and cannot reach a satisfactory result even after requesting additional photos.
You did not receive your tribute within 48 hours of submitting your photos (excluding weekends and holidays).

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

Your tribute has been delivered and you have not requested a revision first.
You change your mind after the tribute has been completed.
You provided low-quality photos and declined our offer to wait for better photos.
Dissatisfaction with the artistic style after the product was described accurately on our website.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at orders@eternalpawstribute.shop with your order details (the email address used to purchase and the date of purchase). We will respond within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
